A. R. Building Co., is seeking a Leasing Agent for The Club at Dowling Village, a Luxury Apartment Community in Smithfield, RI.
The Leasing Agent, under the direction of the Senior Property Manager, will oversee the daily operation of the property including, but not limited to: touring prospective residents, marketing the property, resident relations/retention, and property inspections.
3 or more yrs. experience as a Leasing Agent is preferred. The right person will be a friendly, personable, energetic, outgoing, motivated self-starter and must be proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Office. Experience with RealPage/Onesite would be wonderful.
This is a full-time position with benefits the 1st of the month after 60 days.
Mon-Friday daylight.
NO weekends!
